Preferred Personnel Africa History

About Us

July 1995

Preferred Personnel Africa was founded by Rose Musau with our first office at Nairobi Baptist Church.

Sept 1995

Got our first recruitments for multinational organisations.

Jan 1996

Our first client CBA (now NCBA). Procured recruitment services to acquire talent for the customer service and teller positions. Now a common practice in all banks.

2000

Between 1998 & 2000 we moved from Nairobi Baptist Church to Natu Court, Ngong Road, then to Kileleshwa

2003

Started outsourcing with Microsoft, EABL, and Coca-Cola.

2007

Preferred Personnel becomes Preferred Personnel Africa.

2010

Major staff restructuring Moved to our own premises, Saachi Plaza, with a new team.

2020

Preferred Personnel Africa turned 25!
